Homemade XO Sauce (Revised)
I have just made my second batch of XO sauce a few days ago. I consider to revise some measurement on my previous recipe especially the oil. I was not really measure the oil exactly as i didnt find my measuring cup so i just wrote it by my own assumption :D:D *pardon me.. :D*I use fresh chillies instead of dried ones then simplify the method by grinding the dried shrimp & anchovy without soaking
